What are the requirements to become a LionFlower Educator?

LionFlower Educators are fully licensed trauma-informed clinicians from across the country. You must hold an active clinical license in your state of practice.

What is the compensation structure?

Our current rate is $94 an hour and is negotiable. All our educators are 1099 contractors.

What is the time commitment?

We know you have a full life, your practice, your family, your service to your community is layered and complex. Our goal is to give you energy back and infuse your work with excitement and shared values. We work with each individual educator to find the best fit schedule, and there is no minimum commitment. In fact, you can pause your work with us with 30 day notice.

What is the application and onboarding process?

What is the nature of the work?

Educators do not form patient or client relationships, but instead work with student participants and foster peer-to-peer support. This allows you to share your expertise in a supportive, educational context.

Yes! We value autonomy and trust. Everyone on our team keeps ownership of their own practice. Being a LionFlower Educator is designed to complement your existing work, not replace it.
