Erin Barbossa founded LionFlower Studio as a space for creative health, storytelling, coaching, and education.
After nearly 15 years as a therapist, Erin saw a need for more ways to support healing, meaning, and emotional wellbeing beyond traditional clinical care. LionFlower Studio grew from the belief that creativity, storytelling, and human connection play an important role in how people process difficult experiences, reconnect with themselves, and move forward.
Our work brings together creative practice, the neuroscience of connection, nervous system education, and the power of personal stories. Through coaching, education, and consulting, we help individuals and organizations create more honest, connected, and human approaches to wellbeing.
LionFlower Studio is building a brand our daughters would be proud of, one rooted in authenticity, connection, creativity, and service.
We believe creativity, storytelling, and human connection are essential to emotional health. People need more ways to process experience, make meaning, and feel connected to themselves and others.
To make creative health more understood, accessible, and integrated into how people live, work, and heal.
We envision a future where creativity and connection are recognized as essential parts of wellbeing. As technology changes how we live and work, LionFlower Studio exists to protect and strengthen what keeps us fully human.

Healing requires not only symptom reduction but the restoration of meaning. Our communities focus on restoring vitality and connection through creativity pillars of Embodiment, Voice, Choice and Community. We call this Soul-Science™.

When founder Erin Barbossa lost her lifelong best friend after a tragic battle with her mental health, Erin knew to her bones that community care is an essential missing piece of our healthcare system.
The summer after she died, Missy started sending signs to her friends and family through sunflowers, bringing peace that her bright light is still shining eternally. Erin also felt a sacred connection to Ani DiFranco's song lyric, "if you're born a lion don't bother trying to act tame." LionFlower Studio name holds both the power of a Lion and the gentleness of a flower.
We are bold. We are artists. We care deeply. And we don't look away from pain.
We connect and we transform.
