General

What is LionFlower Studio?

LionFlower Studio is a grief coaching space for women learning how to live with loss, love, and change. Through one-on-one coaching, creativity, connection, and nervous system care, we support women as they move through grief and begin to feel more like themselves again.

What is grief coaching?

Grief coaching is supportive, future-facing care for life after loss. It gives you space to talk honestly about your grief, understand what is happening in your body and life, and take small steps toward connection, meaning, and steadiness.

Who is grief coaching for?

Grief coaching is for women who have lost someone they love and feel changed by the experience. You might feel lonely, overwhelmed, numb, angry, tender, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward without leaving your person behind.

What kinds of loss do you support?

LionFlower Studio supports women grieving the death of a loved one, including a best friend, parent, partner, sibling, child, family member, or chosen family member. We also hold space for identity shifts, life changes, and the quiet losses often connected to grief.

Is grief coaching therapy?

No. Grief coaching is not therapy, mental health treatment, or crisis care. Coaching focuses on support, reflection, creative practices, nervous system education, and rebuilding life after loss. If you need clinical treatment, diagnosis, or a higher level of care, therapy or emergency support is the right fit.

Services

How does one-on-one grief coaching work?

One-on-one coaching gives you a private space to be supported through grief over time. Sessions are 45 minutes and focus on what you are carrying, what feels hard right now, and what small forms of care, creativity, and connection might help you move through this season.

What happens during a coaching session?

Each session is guided by your grief, your needs, and your pace. We might talk through what you are experiencing, explore a creative practice, work with nervous system tools, reflect on your relationship with the person you lost, or look at how grief is changing your identity, family, work, or daily life.

Do I have to be ready to “move on”?

No. LionFlower Studio does not believe grief means moving on from someone you love. The work is about learning how to carry love and loss together, while slowly finding your way back to your own life.

Do I need to be creative to work with LionFlower Studio?

No. Creativity here does not mean being an artist. It means using simple practices like writing, music, movement, nature, memory, story, or beauty to help grief move through the body and give your emotions somewhere to go.

Community

What makes LionFlower Studio different?

LionFlower Studio brings together lived grief experience, more than a decade of trauma-informed clinical work, storytelling, creativity, and nervous system education. The approach is honest, warm, and human. You are not treated like a problem to fix. You are supported as a woman carrying love, loss, and a life still becoming.

Do you still offer community care or group support?

LionFlower Studio is currently focused on one-on-one grief coaching, creative grief support, and education. Community remains part of the heart of the work, and future groups, workshops, or circles may be offered as the studio grows.

How do I get started?

You are welcome to begin by reaching out through the contact form or booking a consultation. We will talk about what you are going through, what kind of support you are looking for, and whether grief coaching feels like the right fit.
