About Erin

Erin Barbossa is the founder of LionFlower Studio, a grief coaching space for women learning how to live with loss, love, and change.

After more than a decade as a trauma-informed perinatal therapist, Erin's work shifted after the death of her best friend, Melissa. Grief changed the way she understood healing. She saw how many women are left alone after loss, expected to function, care for others, and rebuild themselves with too little support.

LionFlower Studio grew from Erin's belief that grief needs more than coping skills. It needs connection, creativity, honest conversation, nervous system care, and safe spaces where women feel less alone in what has happened to them.

Erin brings together her clinical background, lived experience, storytelling, creativity, and deep respect for the bonds that continue after death. Her coaching supports women as they move through grief, identity change, and the tender work of returning to themselves.

Before becoming a therapist, Erin worked in television and storytelling, including at The Oprah Winfrey Show. Today, she uses that blend of care and story to help women name what they have survived, honor who they love, and begin building a life that still feels connected to meaning, beauty, and hope.
