About Nicole

Nicole is a non-diet registered dietitian in California who supports families, teens, and adults all over the country in creating more joy and less stress around food. Her work centers on helping parents raise confident, balanced eaters—while also supporting adults as they heal their own relationship with food, body, and nourishment. At LionFlower Studio, Nicole offers a calm, compassionate approach that honors both evidence-based nutrition and the lived realities of family life. Nicole's path to this work is deeply personal. After navigating her own recovery from disordered eating, she came to understand that true health is not built through control or restriction, but through trust, balance, and connection. She holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and has worked across clinical, community, and eating-disorder treatment settings before opening her private practice. Her philosophy is grounded in Health at Every Size® and weight-neutral care, recognizing that food is just one part of a much larger picture that includes stress, joy, movement, relationships, and access. Nicole believes food should nourish not only the body, but the mind and spirit as well. Her work invites families to step out of diet culture and into a more spacious way of eating—one where curiosity replaces fear, meals become moments of connection, and health is cultivated through balance rather than perfection.
